It is a simple and direct way to change Self-limiting beliefs at the subconscious level of the mind, where nearly all human behaviour (both, constructive and destructive) originates.

Its overall purpose is to accelerate individual and global evolution by aligning subconscious beliefs. with conscious wisdom from the world’s great spiritual and intelectual traditions.

Does PSYCH-K® have any effect on stress?

PSYCH-K® helps people to fulfil their potentials by transforming the limiting beliefs patterns into supportive ones. When the stress  level of a person (healthy people and people dealing with health conditions) is out of the normal level, the physical body, and progressively the quality of that person, decreases to an undesirable level.

PSYCH-K® is a fast, easy, sustainable, and effective process that helps people to increase their quality of life through balancing stress to normal levels.

The main way PSYCH-K®, as a process, can help people to manage and release stress is through two these main ways:

1) A PSYCH-K® Balance

2) Transform the Perception of a Stressful Situation (T.P.S.S.)

What is a PSYCH-K® Balance?

A PSYCH-K® balance is a process designed to create balanced identification with both hemispheres of the cerebral cortex. This “Whole Brain State” is ideal for reprogramming the mind with new self-enhancing beliefs, reducing unwanted stress and helping access your full response potential in meeting life’s challenges.

A PSYCH-K® Balance is the way your subconscious mind completely understands the changes, wishes, and/or  desires you want to have in your life, which is way more powerful than just wanting consciously.

Transform the Perception of a Stressful Situation (T.P.S.S.)

T.P.S.S. is a very powerful process to completely transform any stressful situation and  take it into a desire state such as peace, calm, relief, ease, etc. This process aims to achieve a “Whole Brain State” where we align both hemispheres of the cerebral cortex and we can create that transformation from that state in a matter of minutes. The whole process can take from 10 to 20 minutes in total. 

Remember that while Balancing or transforming any perception create potential, you create results through your actions! For example, if an athlete wants to Balance to become an Olympic athlete, he or she must still do the necessary training and physical conditioning to achieve that goal. The Balance or T.P.S.S. will transform any subconscious resistance he or she might have to achieve the goal.

How long does it take for a Balance or T.P.S.S. to work?

The results of a Balance or T.P.S.S. may be felt instantaneously or may evolve over time (hours, days, weeks).  Some clients have reported huge transformations after a single PSYCH-K® session,  some others have after a few PSYCH-K®  sessions. There’s not a timeframe for transformation. 

For example, I have experienced outstanding results on my health, after a single PSYCH-K® session. I have experienced the same results when I Balanced and T.P.S.S. for Money and it took me a few more sessions. Transformation takes time and it is different from each individual. We all go through a different process in this experience of life.

How long does a Balance or T.P.S.S. last?

Balances and T.P.S.S. seem to last until they are no longer useful to the subconscious mind, or until you decide to Balance for a new goal. In the event you find yourself re-creating behaviours, thoughts, or patterns you previously Balanced to change, that is known as “Secondary Gain Benefits” which is the manifestation of the old behaviour or situation. These secondary gain benefit  can be also Balanced.
